Delivered by Lux Development LLC, this 10-story residential building features 21 apartments along with office and commercial spaces. Its transformative facade and distinctive design earned the title of “Best Multi-Residential Project” in 2014 by the Association of Architects of Georgia. We were also responsible for aluminum doors and windows and the complete facade systems, giving the building its distinctive and award-winning exterior.
