Developed by Property Lab, this 5,600 sq.m residential building rises 11 stories with 24 apartments, complemented by commercial and office spaces. The project stood out for its architectural design and was awarded “Best Multi-Residential Project” in 2015 by the Association of Architects of Georgia. Our teams also delivered aluminum doors and windows along with a ventilated panel facade system, which were central to the building’s architectural expression and functionality.
