Located in Puerta de Hierro, one of Madrid’s most distinguished neighborhoods, the 25 Guisando project was developed on land once belonging to the designated King Alfonso XIII of Spain. It consists of four high-end luxury villas that drew widespread recognition in Spain’s architectural and development circles. Each villa featured innovative engineering technologies such as geothermal energy and smart home systems, with interiors finished to the highest standard—Bulthaup kitchens with Gaggenau appliances, and bespoke furniture and décor designed exclusively by Raul Martins. During its development, the project was considered one of the most prestigious and valuable real estate products in Madrid.
