For the Demasi shopping center at Dry Bridge, we implemented a large-format granite ventilated facade system that gave the building a striking, durable exterior. The choice of granite not only ensured resistance to weather and wear but also created a bold architectural statement in the urban environment. Inside, we installed glass handrails, enhancing safety while maintaining a modern, transparent aesthetic. Together, these solutions combined long-lasting technical performance with a polished design finish that elevated the shopping center’s overall character.
