A 10,000 sq.m mixed-use development distinguished by bold architectural design. The project includes 55 residential apartments along with commercial and office spaces, supported by a five-level underground parking facility with two car lifts. The entire facade was thermally insulated and clad with European Fundermax panels. Located just 150 meters from Vake Park, the building combines practicality with design excellence. Development and construction were carried out together with our own provision of aluminum doors and windows, facade systems, glass handrails, and facade blinds, ensuring consistency and quality across the entire project.
